Assisted Pull-up package consists of 3 bands (1 Strong, 1 Average, and 1 Light) which will accommodate beginners through the more advanced. Simply attach the band to your chin-up bar by slip-knotting it around the bar and insert one foot through the loop. The band will assist you as you pull yourself up. Use the Strong Band first, if you can't already do any chin-ups on your own, because the Strong Band will give you more "help". Then, as you get stronger, advance to the Average and finally to the Light Band.
